By registering for Your Creative Gold you agree to the following

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  •  This course is produced and managed by Jehane Ltd.  The name Jehane will appear at the checkout upon a purchase of a course / resource from our shop and on your bank statements.
  •  Jehane Ltd reserves the right to change any published class dates at any time.
  •  You give permission for us to contact you by email in relation to your purchase and to deliver the content related to that purchase.
  •  You give permission for us to use any artwork you share in the class community areas for any future class, marketing or promotional development. You will always be credited and will retain the full rights to your work.
  •  You acknowledge that your work can only be viewed by Jehane if you submit as directed.  You also acknowledge that whilst Jehane will view every piece of work submitted only a limited number of pieces by a limited number of artists will be chosen as part of any live laser coaching.  Work will be selected on its capacity to illustrate a variety of themes and course content.  If your work is selected you consent for your work to be shared with the rest of the class.
  •  You give permission to Jehane Ltd to use any reviews or feedback you submit via email, survey, in the classroom comments, any live broadcasts by Jehane, or via our private communities in any current or future class-related marketing or promotional strategies, online or offline.
  •  A full course schedule will be communicated  at the time of purchase.
  •  All our courses are delivered live, online and in private zoom classrooms.
  •  An email reminder for Live classes will be sent to the email address you used to register for the class, and will be sent at least two working days prior to the start of class.

Refund Policy:

My goal is simple. I want you to be entirely satisfied with your investment, so I provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for Your Creative Gold.

In the unlikely event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact my support team at studio@jehane and let them know you’d like a refund within 14 days after the course start date.

 

We cannot provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days after the course start date. After the Refund Period, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

 

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within the Refund Period, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

 

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you.

 

We regret that we cannot not provide refunds for requests made after the Refund Period and all payments must be made on a timely basis.

Force Majure:

In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of Jehane Ltd, including but not exclusively acts of god, war, curtailment or interruption of business & transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, UK Govt travel advisory, significant illness, death, pandemic, strike or civil disturbance, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible, either because of unreasonable increased costs or risk of injury, for Jehane Ltd to perform its obligations, Jehane Ltd performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence.

 

 

Disclaimer

By purchasing this course you understand that Jehane Ltd has not promised, nor shall not be obligated to; (1) act in the capacity of an illustration or licensing agent for you; (2) introduce you to our full network of contacts or clients. You understand that a formal business relationship does not exist between us after the conclusion of this program. If we were to continue such a relationship, it would be subject to a separate agreement.

 

Earnings Disclaimer

All efforts have been made to accurately represent Your Creative Gold and its potential. In terms of earnings, we can offer no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in the course. You acknowledge that the information presented in this material or on this website is not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.

 

When Jehane Ltd reports on the success of any its clients, this is based entirely on the success that was relayed or portrayed to Jehane Ltd. by the client.

 

The use of our information, products, services and techniques should be based on your own due diligence and you acknowledge and agree that Jehane Ltd shall not be liable for the success or failure of your business as it relates to the purchase and use of our products, services, and/or information reviewed or advertised on this website.

 

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Your Creative Gold and original materials have been provided to you and are for your individual use only and a single-user license. You are not authorized to use or share any of Jehanes Ltd’s  intellectual property for your  business purposes. All intellectual property, including Jehane Ltd’s program and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of Jehane Ltd. No license to sell or distribute Jehane Ltd’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, you agree not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.

 

 

Termination

Jehane Ltd is committed to providing all participants in Your Creative Gold with a positive experience. By purchasing this product, you agree that Jehane Ltd may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your  participation in the program without refund if you become disruptive to Jehane Ltd or fellow participants; or impair the participation of the other participants in the Program. You will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.

 

Fees

You agree to pay the following fees.

You may choose between a single payment of £797 (due immediately), 3 monthly payments of £297 or 6 monthly payments of £157. If you select this payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged for subsequent months. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to our Refund Policy set out above. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, Jehane Ltd shall immediately suspend your access to the course materials and preclude you from any future courses, memberships or coaching sessions.

 

Payment methods

If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to Jehane Ltd, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt.  You also agree that Jehane Ltd is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).

 

If you elect for the payment plan, you hereby authorize Jehane Ltd to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.

 

Recurring payments and monthly instalment plans:

If all payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new payment method promptly or your Program access will be terminated. If you do not request a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth above, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding payments, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

JEHANE Ltd takes the privacy of our customers very seriously and we do not sell, share or forward your information to any third parties. Our privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you. JEHANE Ltd is compliant with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which requires organisations to review how they manage data.

 

Personal Data

The aim of this Policy is to:

  •  Ensure that you understand what personal data we collect about you, the reasons why we collect and use it, and who we share it with;
  •  Explain the way we use the personal data that you share with us
  •  Explain your rights and choices in relation to the personal data we collect and process about you and how we will protect your privacy.

 

We may collect and process information about you in a variety of ways:

  •  When you make an online purchase / request a license / apply for details on our services
  •  When you sign up for our email newsletter or visit our exhibitions & trade fairs
  •  When you engage with us on social media
  •  When you contact us by any means with queries, complaints, etc
  •  We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:
  •  Identity Data including first name, last name, title. 
  •  Contact Data including billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers.
  •  We will also collect your social media username, if you interact with us through those channels.
  •  Your details are password-protected and are only stored internally. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
  •  Our mailing list is used for the sole purpose of informing subscribers about our artists, courses and events in relation to the work we do at JEHANE Ltd. We do not share this list with any third parties.
  •  Our mailing list is stored securely on Active Campaign, a marketing automation platform and email marketing service which fully complies with The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  •  Subscriber’s names only are stored with their respective email and mailing addresses. We do not save any credit/debit card details.

 

JEHANE Ltd is the sole processor and controller of the JEHANE Ltd mailing list. It is important that the personal or company data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your data changes during your relationship with us.

 

Access to your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like this please email us at [email protected]. You may ask us to correct or remove information that is inaccurate. If you have any concerns about our privacy policy please contact us.

 

Unsubscribe

By purchasing this course you consent for your details to be automatically added to our mailing list.  Subscribers have the option to unsubscribe from JEHANE Ltd with immediate effect by ticking the unsubscribe box in the bottom panel of our marketing email.
