By becoming a Founding Member you agree to the following –

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • The course will be produced and managed by Jehane Ltd and this name will appear at the checkout upon a purchase of a course / resource from our shop and on your bank statements.
  • Jehane Ltd reserves the right to change any published class dates at any time.
  • You give permission for us to contact you by email in relation to your purchase and to deliver the content related to that purchase.
  • In the unlikely event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund within 14 days after the course start date.
  • We will not provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days after the course starts.
  • This course will be delivered online in private classrooms.
  • If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to Jehane Ltd, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that Jehane Ltd is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g. credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
  • In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of Jehane Ltd, including but not exclusively acts of god, war, curtailment or interruption of business & transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, UK Govt travel advisory, significant illness, death, pandemic, strike or civil disturbance, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible, either because of unreasonable increased costs or risk of injury, for Jehane Ltd to perform its obligations, Jehane Ltd performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence.
  • Further terms and conditions will be made available once the course programme and schedule have been finalised.

JEHANE Ltd takes the privacy of our customers very seriously and we do not sell, share or forward your information to any third parties. Our privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you.   •  Your details are password-protected and are only stored internally. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
  • Our mailing list is used for the sole purpose of informing subscribers about our artists, courses and events in relation to the work we do at JEHANE Ltd. We do not share this list with any third parties.
  • Our mailing list is stored securely on Active Campaign, a marketing automation platform and email marketing service which fully complies with The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  •  Subscriber’s names only are stored with their respective email and mailing addresses. We do not save any credit/debit card details.

 

JEHANE Ltd is the sole processor and controller of the JEHANE Ltd mailing list. It is important that the personal or company data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your data changes during your relationship with us.

 

Access to your information

Unsubscribe

By purchasing this course you consent for your details to be automatically added to our mailing list. Subscribers have the option to unsubscribe from JEHANE Ltd with immediate effect by ticking the unsubscribe box in the bottom panel of our marketing email.
